Injection Molding: Madan Plastics is one of the most progressive, versatile, and cost effective molders in the eastern United States. We have 16 late model injection presses with machine capacities of 80 tons to 880 tons and shot size capabilities up to 180 ounces. We specialize in high volume production of quality critical parts and offer secondary operations including hot stamping, ultrasonic welding, decorative electroplating, vacuum metalizing, painting, and assembly. We provide single source project management responsibility that includes engineering and tool building.
